Team Information
Why not walk as part of a team? You don’t have to
be part of a team to take part in Crusaid’s Walk for
Life, but it can be a great way to motivate yourself to
raise as much money as possible. Maybe get your colleagues
involved and ask your employer to match your total.
How the team system works at Crusaid's Walk for
Life.
To set up or join a team, please register
yourself as an individual walker then log in to your
account. You will then be provided with a facility to set
up or join a team.
We can only accept one walker per registration. This is
because we need to know how many people are expected to
turn up on the day of the walk.
Teams can't be sponsored as a whole - only individual members
of teams can be sponsored. This is because our fundraising
incentives go to individuals based on how much they personally
have raised, and this can't be recorded if money is donated
to a team as a whole.
If a team registers for the walk using a single registration,
we will change this so that the registration is in the name
of the person who set it up, not the team. Team members
must register as individuals first and only then can they
create or join a team.
If an individual registration is used to set up a team,
then only the person who sets up that registration has a
guaranteed place at the walk. Any other team members who
arrive to take part in the walk on 1st June will only be
able to take part if there are places left, and they will
be charged an on the day registration fee of £10 per
person. They will not be able to take part in the walk without
registering, either on the day or in advance, as they will
have to check in on the day of the walk and collect a wristband.
Anyone not wearing a wristband won't be able to walk.
Charity teams
Anyone setting up a charity team must work for that charity.

and conditions here.
